Book an experience

For wineries, farms, distilleries & nature sites

Your place. Our members. A direct relationship.

The Watermill Club lists hand-selected wineries, breweries, distilleries, farms and nature experiences in Estonia. No algorithm. No race to the bottom. Just the right guests finding the right places.

Two ways to host — you can do one, or both.

Experience hosts

List an experience

Offer a tasting, tour, dinner, class or guided experience. We list it, handle the booking and payment, and transfer your earnings after our 18% platform fee. You set the price, the group size, the schedule.

Your listing carries your story, your photos and your house rules. Guests arrive expecting something specific, and you decide exactly how many you welcome, and when.

  • Cellar tastings & vineyard walks
  • Brewery and distillery tours
  • Farm dinners and harvest days
  • Workshops and classes

Guild motorhome hosts

Open your gate to The Guild

Allow Guild motorhome members to park overnight on your property. Your guests are vetted annual members — curious, respectful, and predisposed to buy. No nightly fee changes hands; the relationship is the value.

You decide how many motorhome pitches you can comfortably host, how often, and under what conditions. We make sure only Guild members — not the general public — see your details.

  • Overnight stays for self-contained motorhomes
  • Members book directly with you
  • You set your own house rules
  • Guests are primed to buy from you

Best of both worlds

Host experiences. Welcome motorhomes. One club.

Many of our best hosts do both. A vineyard might offer afternoon tastings and tours, then welcome Guild motorhome members to stay in the vines overnight. A farm might host seasonal dinners, then turn the courtyard into a quiet pitch once the table is cleared.

Listing an experience brings you curated groups on specific dates. Opening your gate to The Guild builds a circle of returning regulars — people who plan their journeys around you, bring friends back, and sit at your table more than once.

  • One profile, two ways to host.
  • We help you design experiences that sit naturally alongside overnight stays.
  • You remain in control of availability, group sizes and seasonality.

On your application, simply tick both boxes — experience hosting and Guild motorhome hosting.

Selection criteria

What we look for

We review every host application by hand. There's no minimum size, no minimum revenue threshold — but there are a few non-negotiables.

  • A genuine craft product, experience or property rooted in your land.
  • Minimum infrastructure to receive guests (toilet access, clear parking, safe access).
  • A story worth telling — we'll help you tell it in a way guests understand.
  • A commitment to hosting a small number of guests well, rather than many guests badly.
  • For Guild motorhome hosts: a safe, reasonably level spot where a self-contained vehicle can park overnight without disturbing neighbours.

How fees work

For hosted experiences, we charge an 18% platform fee on each booking. That covers payment processing, customer support, and marketing — so the guests who arrive are already a good fit for what you do.

For Guild motorhome hosting, no nightly fee changes hands between us. Guild members pay their annual membership; you earn when they buy from you — bottles, boxes, jars, dinners and return visits.

How it works

From application to first guests

We keep the process simple, but we do take our time. That's how the club stays small, coherent and trusted.

Step 1

Apply

Tell us about your place, what you produce, and how you imagine welcoming guests. It takes about three minutes.

Step 2

We review personally

There is no automated approval. We read every application, follow up with questions, and decide together which hosting model fits you best — experiences, Guild motorhome stays, or both.

Step 3

We visit before you go live

Before your listing appears on The Watermill Club, someone from our team visits in person. We taste, walk, sit, and stand where guests will stand.

Step 4

You're live on The Watermill Club

Once we're all happy, we create your profile, set up your experience dates or Guild availability, and quietly open the gates.
