How it works
Join The Guild for overnight motorhome stays across our host network — and use Discover to browse rural places and producers.
The Guild — motorhome stays
For motorhome owners who want to park somewhere that matters — wineries, farms, distilleries, breweries and nature sites across Estonia, and beyond.
Step 1 — Join
One Guild membership (billed monthly). Instant access to the full host map with contact details, directions and site details for every overnight site in the network.
Step 2 — Plan
Browse the Guild map. Filter by region, host type, facilities (electricity, water, fire pit). Reach out to hosts directly from your dashboard to confirm availability.
Step 3 — Park
Arrive, settle in, meet your host. Overnight stays are free for Guild members. The expectation — not a rule, just the spirit of the club — is that you support your host: buy a bottle, a jar of honey, a dram. Be a good guest.
Step 4 — Review
Leave a Wheel Note so the next Guild member knows what to expect.

Traveller guidelines
Staying with Watermill Club hosts means being welcomed onto private properties where people live, work, and create. These stays are simple by design — respectful, quiet, and rooted in genuine hospitality.
- Watermill Club overnight stays are reserved for active members traveling in a self-sufficient campervan, motorhome, or similar setup.
- Our hosts are offering a place to stop, not a full-service campsite.
- Please arrive as a thoughtful guest, introduce yourself on arrival, and follow any instructions your host shares.
- Respect agreed arrival windows and avoid late arrivals whenever possible.
- Hosts may occasionally be unavailable due to work, weather, or unexpected changes — please understand if plans need to shift.
- There is no obligation to buy anything, but supporting your host with a bottle, produce, or local goods is a meaningful way to say thank you.
- Keep noise low, leave no trace, and treat the property with care.
- Ask before using water, electricity, toilets, bins, or any other facilities.
- Do not assume every host offers the same amenities.
- Respect animals, work areas, equipment, and the privacy of the people welcoming you.
- When you leave, do so courteously and let your host know you are departing.
A good stay is simple: arrive kindly, leave gently, and enjoy the privilege of being hosted.

Frequently asked questions
Guild membership, motorhome stays, and how we expect members to show up.
Overnight parking for Guild members is included in your membership fee. You’ll still pay for tastings, bottles, meals, or anything else you choose to buy from the host.
Most hosts plan for one or two nights. Always check the site card and confirm with the host before you travel — never assume an open-ended stay.
It varies: some offer electricity, fresh water, or grey-water disposal; others are rustic pitches. Every pin lists what’s on offer so you can pack accordingly.
It isn’t a rule. It’s the spirit of the club: if someone opens their gate, consider leaving with honey, wine, or a bottle from the still. Good guests support good hosts.
The network grows every month. Your Guild dashboard shows the live map with every current site — we don’t publish a static number because it changes.
Some hosts welcome dogs; others can’t because of livestock or hygiene rules. Check the listing and ask the host before you book a night.
Email us straight away. We’ll help you find another Guild night nearby or walk you through a refund if that’s the only fair outcome.
